When you call one of our phone numbers, we use ServiceTitan's call tracking system to record information about the call (caller phone number, time, duration, and in some cases the call audio for quality assurance and training). If a call is recorded, it may be retained in our customer records.
- In-person service interactions. When our technicians provide service at your property, we collect information about the work performed, equipment installed or serviced, photographs of the work, and any related notes that become part of your service history.
- Email and text communications. When you respond to emails or text messages we send, the content of those communications.
We also collect information automatically when you visit our website:
- Standard web analytics data through Google Analytics 4, including pages visited, time on site, referring source, device type, and approximate location based on IP address.
- Advertising tracking through Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) advertising pixels, which help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and may be used for retargeting.

- Synchrony Financial, when you choose to apply for 0% financing on a project. The Synchrony application is completed directly on Synchrony's website, and Synchrony's own privacy practices govern that application and any resulting credit account.
- Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram advertising), through tracking pixels installed on our website. Information shared with these services is governed by their respective privacy policies.
- Service providers that help us operate our business, such as payment processors, hosting providers, and software vendors, subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Legal compliance. We may share information when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, customer information may be transferred to the successor entity.
