These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of libertyairandelectric.com (the "Site") and the services provided by Liberty Air and Electric LLC ("Liberty," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

Liberty Air and Electric LLC is a Florida-licensed HVAC and electrical contractor (FL CAC1820202, FL EC13016140) with a principal business address at 2573 Mayfair Lane, Weston, FL 33327. Contact: support@libertyairandelectric.com.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational and service-request purposes. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with others' use of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, copy or scrape Site content for commercial purposes, or use the Site to transmit malicious code or interfere with Site operations.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, photographs, logos, graphics, and design elements, is owned by Liberty Air and Electric LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
Service Requests and Estimates
When you request service through our scheduling form, by phone, or in person, we will work with you to schedule an appointment and provide an estimate.
Estimates are not binding until accepted in writing or through our ServiceTitan booking system, which accepts approvals via emailed link. Verbal estimates, price ranges published on the Site, and preliminary estimates provided before a site visit are good-faith approximations and may change once we have inspected the equipment and site conditions. Final pricing is documented in a written estimate or invoice provided through ServiceTitan.
Scheduling and Cancellation
Service appointments (repair, maintenance, diagnostics) may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible so we can serve other customers in the time slot.
Installation appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover ordered equipment, scheduled labor, and dispatch logistics. The fee, if applicable, will be communicated and confirmed with you before any charges are processed.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified on the invoice. We accept cash, credit card, check, and financing through Synchrony Financial. Invoices are provided through ServiceTitan at the time of service.
Financing
Financing is offered through Synchrony Financial as a third-party service. Financing applications are completed directly on Synchrony's website and are subject to Synchrony's terms, approval, and underwriting standards. We are not the lender, do not approve or deny credit, and are not responsible for Synchrony's decisions or the terms of any financing agreement you enter into with Synchrony.
Service Performance
We provide HVAC and electrical services in accordance with applicable Florida building codes, manufacturer specifications, and industry standards. Specific warranty terms (workmanship, manufacturer parts, extended coverage options) vary by job and are documented separately at the time of service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Liberty Air and Electric LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site, our services, or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of business, loss of data, or loss of profits.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liberty Air and Electric LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Service-specific warranties and guarantees, when offered, are provided separately at the time of service and are governed by the documentation provided with each job. Nothing on the Site itself constitutes a warranty.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and by using the Site or engaging us for services, you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Consumer Protection
If you have a complaint about our licensed services that we have not been able to resolve to your satisfaction, you may contact the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), which regulates HVAC and electrical contractor licenses in the State of Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or business operations. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
SMS Messaging Terms
Liberty Air and Electric LLC operates an SMS program to communicate with customers about their service requests. Text messages are sent only to customers who opt in by checking the optional SMS box on our scheduling form. Checking that box is not required to request service or book an appointment. If you opt in, you consent to receive text messages related to your service request, including scheduling, appointment confirmations, technician updates, and service follow-ups.
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@libertyairandelectric.com or (833) 532-4414.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
